Standard First Aid & CPR + AED (14 - 16 hrs)
An in-depth course that is the "Standard" in first aid training. This course provides the participant with the ability to recognize and respond to injuries and emergencies. The participant also learns the skills required to be able to respond in an emergency.

- Deadly Bleeding

- Burns
- CPR Complications
- Heat & Cold Emergencies
- Poisons
- Environmental Emergencies
- Sprains, Strains, Fractures, Dislocations
- Chest Injuries
- Diabetic Emergencies, Seizures, Fainting
Emergency First Aid & CPR + AED (7 - 8 hrs)
A course designed to learn simple response to an emergency. This course provides the participant with the ability to recognize and respond to injuries and emergencies. The participant learns in an interactive and hands-on environment to respond to both life-threatening and non life-threatening.

CPR + AED (4 - 5 hrs) CPR levels A, B, C, HCP available
A course that teaches how to respond to life-threatening emergencies with a particular focus on the "ABC's" - Airway, Breathing & Circulation.
LEVEL A (Any individual)
Adult only - CPR & Choking, AED's, Prevention of Disease Transmission & Heart Disease, Heart Attack, Stroke, Angina
LEVEL B (Childcare professionals)
Adult & Child - CPR & Choking, AED's, Prevention of Disease Transmission & Heart Disease, Heart Attack, Stroke, Angina
LEVEL C (Police, Firefighters, Lifeguards, First Responders)
Adult/Child/Baby CPR & Choking, AED's, Prevention of Disease Transmission & Heart Disease, Heart Attack, Stroke, Angina
LEVEL HCP - Health Care Providers (eg. Paramedics, Physicians, Nurses, RT, OT, PT)
includes all level C skills PLUS Jaw Thrusts, Pulse Checks, Rescue Breathing, 2-Person Rescue, BVM's
