Babysitting Course
ges 11 - 16 So you want to babysit and make some money. Why should a parent put their child in your care? What do you have to offer? Take the Red Cross Babysitting Course and learn the skills needed to be a great babysitter. Not only will you have the training to deal with any situation that may occur, but you'll also get a card that says you're a certified babysitter. It will help you stand out! Parents will recognize that you're qualified to watch their children and will feel confident in your abilities to babysit. Plus, we'll show you how to get jobs and get repeat business. Parents will call you first!

  • Basic first aid and emergency procedures
  • How to care for infants, toddlers, pre-school and school-aged children
  • Basic snack and meal preparation
  • How to build good relationships with children
  • Building your babysitting business
  • Creating safe environments for children

PeopleSavers Course

A program developed by the Canadian Red Cross to teach about safe environments, how to get help, and basic first aid skills to elementary school-aged children.

  • LEVEL 1 – 5/6 YRS
  • LEVEL 2 – 7/8 YRS
  • LEVEL 3 – 9/10 YRS
  • LEVEL 4 – 11/12 YRS
